Pastor Raymond Chang is the Executive Director of the TENx10 Collaboration out of Fuller Seminary. TENx10 is a collaborative movement geared towards making faith matter more for 10 million young people over 10 years in the spirit of John 10:10. Ray is also the president of the Asian American Christian Collaborative, a pastor, and a writer. Prior to his role at Fuller, Raymond served as the Associate Chaplain for Discipleship at Wheaton College. He also worked in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, and served in the Peace Corps in Panama.

Raymond has contributed chapters to several books including “Ministers of Reconciliation: Preaching on Race and the Gospel” (Lexham), “Confronting Racial Injustice: Theory and Praxis for the Church” (Cascade), “Preaching Romans from Here” (Wipf and Stock), with other books forthcoming.

Raymond is currently pursuing his PhD on the intersection of Spirituality and Campus/Organizational Racial Climates. He and his wife, Jessica Min Chang, are proud parents of Sophia, and they reside in Chicago.

NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF ALPHA YOUTH

Lisette Fraser is a leader, pastor, communicator and coach. She leads, advocates and inspires others to move towards God’s absolutely best for them. Lisette believes in the local church, knowing it’s God’s ‘plan A’ for bringing hope and healing to a broken and lost world. Lisette has dedicated her career to investing in leaders, young and old, who will impact the next generation and change the world. Born in the Netherlands, Lisette immigrated to Canada as a young girl. Lisette credits her family’s work ethic, grit, authenticity, and love of celebrating for how she lives, loves and leads. She is characterized by her warmth, genuineness, and strategic mind. After completing a degree in Theology, Lisette dove into church ministry, serving in Canada and the US. She has spent the last 20+ years leading youth, college, and family ministries and in the last season serving at the executive level overseeing all ministries at a large, multi-ethnic, multi-site church. Lisette loves opportunities to invest in leaders! Today, you’ll find her serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Operations at TENx10, coaching for the Fuller Youth Institute, teaching for the Coalition for Youth Ministry, guest lecturing at other institutions, and anything else that invests in leaders. If there’s coffee and a great conversation involved, Lisette’s in! Lisette lives in Los Angeles with her husband Kyle. They have two adult children, Abbi & Mattias, who love to call Southern California home.

Shane has been involved in student ministry for over 15 years in both volunteer and staff roles, continually learning from and being inspired by the next generation. He served as a student pastor at MISSION Community Church in Gilbert, AZ, and Gwinnett Church in Sugar Hill, GA (a campus of North Point Ministries). During this time, he honed his passion for leading teenagers to find thriving life in Jesus and developed a deep commitment to championing the progress of the local church. After his time as a student pastor, Shane joined Orange, where he held various Director roles in the Student Ministry department, shaping content and strategy for leaders across the globe.

Shane holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University. Currently, he serves as the Director of Partner Strategy at TENx10 (TENx10.org), where he works to cultivate strategic partnerships that empower ministries to disciple the next generation.

Shane’s most important roles are husband and father. He loves his wife, Heather, and their kids—Asher, Oliver, Elliot, and Mila. He still aspires to one day dunk a basketball.

Todd Proctor serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Church Engagement at Alpha USA, where he has spent the past seven years helping leaders and churches across the country reimagine evangelism in a post-Christian world. Prior to Alpha, Todd was the founding pastor of Rockharbor Church in Costa Mesa, CA, where he witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of Alpha on church culture, community outreach, and spiritual renewal. A seasoned leader, connector, and mentor, Todd is passionate about equipping the next generation and seeing the Church thrive through relational ministry, the power of the Holy Spirit, and creating safe spaces for honest conversations about faith.
